Granite Springs is found at 5050 Granite Springs Winery Road, in Somerset, in southern El Dorado County. The tasting room is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The winery and surrounding vineyards are owned by the Latcham family, which also owns nearby Latcham Vineyards.

Winemaker Craig Boyd produces excellent red and white bottlings for both labels, including two Bordeaux varietals (Latcham Cabernet Franc, and Granite Springs Merlot). Granite Springs produces Syrah and Petite Sirah, Black Muscat, Zinfandel, White Zin, Sauvignon Blanc, and a blended white wine.
